At the new Belmar development near 6th and Wadsworth they have mall-type security guys that zip around on Segways.

p.s. Ok, so I went to the Segway site so I could get the url for the Segway link above. You gotta check it out. The pictures are hilarious. I think they're marketing it as mobility for old people or something. And it's pretty much impossible to look cool on one to begin with.
